Terms and Conditions
The rules for using WebToPin. Please read them before creating an account or scheduling any pins.
Last updated: September 20, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the operator of WebToPin ("we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of the website at webtopin.com and the Pinterest scheduling, AI content and article publishing tools we provide (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The service
WebToPin lets you connect a Pinterest account, prepare pins (images, titles, descriptions, links and board selections), schedule them, and have them published automatically at the times you choose. The Service also offers AI-assisted writing of pin text and articles, AI-generated images, and publishing of articles to WordPress websites you connect using our plugin. Features may change over time.
3. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract.
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
- One person or business per account unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not sell, share or transfer your account.
4. Connecting your Pinterest account
You connect Pinterest through Pinterest's official authorization flow. We receive access tokens that allow us to read your boards and create pins on your behalf; we never receive your Pinterest password. By connecting an account you confirm that you own it or are authorized to manage it, and you authorize us to publish the pins you schedule.
You may disconnect an account at any time from your dashboard, or revoke access from your Pinterest settings. Pins already published to Pinterest remain on Pinterest until you delete them there.
You must also comply with Pinterest's own Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and API rules. Pinterest may limit, remove or suspend content or accounts at its discretion, and we are not responsible for its decisions.
5. Your content and responsibilities
You keep ownership of the images, text, links and other material you upload or create through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, transmit and publish Your Content solely to provide the Service to you, including sending it to Pinterest, to your WordPress site, and to the AI providers that help generate content.
You are solely responsible for Your Content, including the pins, destination pages and articles you publish. You confirm that you own it or have all rights needed to use it, and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- publish spam, misleading, deceptive or repetitive content, or try to manipulate Pinterest's systems;
- promote or link to illegal, hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, fraudulent or malicious content, including malware or phishing pages;
- infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy or other rights, including by using images you have no right to use;
- exceed or circumvent Pinterest's rate limits, or use the Service in a way that puts Pinterest accounts of others at risk;
- interfere with, probe, scrape, reverse engineer or overload the Service or its infrastructure, or attempt to access other users' data;
- resell or white-label the Service without our written permission, or use it to build a competing product.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe breach this section.
7. AI-generated content
Titles, descriptions, tags, board suggestions, images and articles produced by AI are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive or unsuitable for your purposes. AI output may not be unique, and similar output may be produced for other users. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before you publish it and for making sure it complies with the law, with Pinterest's rules and with the rules of any platform you publish to. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from third-party rights.
8. Credits and payments
Some features, such as AI pin image generation, use credits from your account balance. The number of credits each action costs is shown in the Service before you confirm it and may change from time to time. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and credits already used are not refundable. We may add, adjust or expire credits, for example to correct errors or prevent abuse.
If paid plans or credit purchases are offered, the price, billing period and payment terms shown at the time of purchase apply, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes. Any refund policy displayed at purchase forms part of these Terms.
9. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties, including Pinterest, AI text and image providers, image sources, your hosting provider and WordPress. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, changes, pricing or conduct. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running reliably, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled pins can be delayed or fail because of maintenance, server issues, expired Pinterest authorizations, Pinterest outages or API limits. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, with notice where reasonably practical.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, logos and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, we grant you no rights in it. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law or by Pinterest, or if your use puts the Service or other users at risk. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and scheduled pins that have not yet been published may not be published. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law) will continue to apply.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular level of traffic, impressions, followers, sales or other results from using Pinterest or the Service.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including suspension or removal of your Pinterest account. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, or fifty US dollars (USD 50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, try to notify you by email or within the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of WebToPin is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer protection laws where you live provide otherwise.
